We formed the Cat Assistance Team to provide something that was lacking in Qatar - a diverse, no-kill rescue group that covers a variety of different aspects of cat welfare, from rehoming to TNR (trap, neuter, return) programmes. Everything we do is driven by our love of cats and our desire for their well-being - often this involved climbing pipelines, diving under trucks, and running across busy traffic to help a cat in need! We are not funded by any private or governmental organization , and all our funds are raised through events, and public donations.

CAT consists of a growing team of volunteers who are dedicated to improving the lives of cats and kittens across Qatar. If you'd like to find out more about joining CAT as a volunteer, click here
